Our paint shop facility consists of two spray booths with overhead tracking systems feeding both.

The small booth has a tracking system carrying capacity of 56kg and a gas fired radiant heat oven.

The large booth is capable of spraying a wide variety of manufactured products from small components to large articulated lorries. The large booth also has a track with a carrying capacity of 2 tonnes and a drying oven using gas warm air.

We also have the ability to apply phosphate using our Aqueous Wash.
