The Horizontal 5000 has a twin pallet, which helps utilise the maximum cutting time and minimises set up time. Thus ensuring the customer gets their job right and just as important on time.
This machine has a 40 station tool stowage, Cutting dimensions X-axis 800mm Y-axis 800mm.

High-Speed Vertical Machining Centre
The vertical machining centre provides improved machining stability, safer operation, with a 30-station tool stowage, with cutting dimensions of X-axis 1050mm, Y-axis 510mm and Z-axis 510mm.
With a maximum tool diameter of 125mm, this makes for a very versatile machine.
Soraluce SLP-8000 Travelling Column Fixed Bed Milling Machine
This machine has an 8m long table with a machinable area of 6.5m x 1.5m x 1m, allowing very large components to be machined or multiple small components at different intervals along the bed.
It has a 40 tool carousel and has a spindle speed range of 15 to 3000rpm.
This machine is controlled by Heidenhain software with 3D graphics and is networked to the CAD department so that files can be directly downloaded to the machine.
The head can rotate 360 degrees at 2.5 degree increments allowing easy access to all points of the component.
Mazak Vertical Turning Centre 200
This machine has 30 tool stations and has the ability to change tools in 2 seconds.
It also has the capability to split table which means that 2 parts can be worked on at once aiding continuous production. The machinable area is 1600 x 500mm and it has a maximum spindle speed of 12000rpm
Mazak Super Quick Turn 250M
This machine has 12 tool stations and has a 300mm chuck and collet for work holding. It incorporates a 4000rpm multibar bar feeder for mass production.
Both milling and tapping capabilities can be incorporated and this machine can be manually or CAD programmed.
Mazak Super Quick Turn 300M
This machine has 12 tool stations and a 350mm chuck for larger components.
Both milling and tapping capabilities can be incorporated.
